Hi there! I’m Danielle Lepore, mother of two and native New Yorker. I worked professionally as a graphic designer before deciding, in January, 2020, to leave the workforce to take care of my daughter. The compassion and time management skills this lifelong job has taught me is immeasurable. In 2021, I welcomed my son and had to struggle to find my equilibrium, yet again. Any mother will tell you that it’s the most rewarding job in the world, and also the hardest.
I’ve stayed out of the workforce for the last three years but the desire to create is still there. I’ve recently begun a journey to become a photographer, specializing in family and portrait work. I’ve also started creating minimalist illustrations from photos for clientele to use as personal artwork.
Previously, I worked for 7.5 years as a Graphic Designer employed by Professional Sports Publications, which is a sports publishing agency. I was responsible for the completion of editorial design for client-based programs for professional and collegiate sporting events. Some of the 20 programs I produced a year are:
- Stanley Cup Final Game Program
- San Antonio Spurs Yearbook
- Columbus Blue Jackets Yearbook
- Carolina Panthers Yearbook
- Yale Football Game Program
- Milwaukee Bucks Game Program
- Holiday Bowl Program
I also have an advanced knowledge of the internet and am proficient working on a majority of social media platforms.
